2021-22 Membership Renewal Form

This form is for existing members of the Athabasca Watershed Council who wish to continue their membership for the year 2021-2022. If you have emailed us ( admin@athabascawatershed.ca) asking to renew your membership, then you do not need to fill out this form. If you are not a member and would like to become one, sign up here.

Membership in the Athabasca Watershed Council (AWC) is inclusive, participatory, and active. It is open to all individuals and organizations whose interests are consistent with the Vision, Mission, and Values of the AWC. An organization can be represented by only one member, but may appoint an alternate. The membership term for the AWC is from April 1st to March 31st of the following year. There is no membership fee, but contributions are appreciated.

I agree with the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Athabasca Watershed Council. I understand that membership comes with both privileges and responsibilities. I will strive to be an active member and support the Council by participating in its activities and operations (e.g. projects, events, fundraising, communications, and administration).
