Due to COVID-19, the AWC will not be hosting any in-person meetings for the time being. Because of this, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2020 will be held over Zoom.
In order to participate, you must register for the Zoom meeting in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. We hope to see you there!
IMPORTANT: Only members as of September 24, 2020 are eligible to vote on the AGM agenda. Members joining after the 24th are able to attend the meeting as guests.
We have provided a link below to our AGM package which includes the AGM agenda and tutorials on how to use Zoom.
